Lynn Lovell is a
Nothampton-area performing bassist and private intructor. She is also
founder and President of WNEDBS. After having thoroughly enjoyed
participating in the 1990 International Society of Bassists convention,
mass bass, concert of 150 bass players, with the legendary Milt Hinton,
Lynn organized our local version (40 basses) at the Academy of Music in
February of 2000. Lynn has also organized: Off the Deep End, Off the
Deep End II and this current production, Off the Deeper End. She plays with the Pioneer Valley and Holyoke Civic Symphonies,City Stage and community theatres and the swing band, Gypsy Wranglers. Lynn teaches at Northampton Community Music Center, Greenfield Community College, Amherst and Longmeadow High Schools.
